Heartfelt congratulations on International Volunteer Day! Every year, on December 5th, volunteers around the world celebrate International Volunteer Day, established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1985.

International Volunteer Day is observed as a recognition of everyone who has found an inner calling to help others, without expecting rewards, accolades, or recognition. The volunteer movement in Ukraine today is a true force that strengthens our country through voluntary and selfless work.

The phenomenon of Ukrainian volunteering became especially significant during the war, and its role is challenging to overestimate. The massive display of human kindness and assistance impresses with its diversity.

In a time when our country faces complex challenges, your active civic stance, compassion, and tireless work instill faith that our nation has a future. Today and always, we express sincere gratitude to Ukrainian and foreign volunteers who tirelessly support our military and citizens affected by the war.

A big thank you to each person you've helped for your humanity and selfless work. You dedicate your free time to assist others, and the most valuable thing for you is the understanding that you can truly save human lives.

We wish your kindness returns to you twofold. A deep bow to everyone who does not remain indifferent, thanks to whom our nation stands and prevails!

Thank you, dear volunteers, for your compassion and kindness!

Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦🤝
