"Food Kits to Support War Veterans, Low-Income Families, Pensioners, and Vulnerable Categories of Ukraine's Population"

Project Goals:

  1. Provide assistance to people affected by war, low-income families, pensioners, and other vulnerable groups in Ukraine.

  2. Support domestic producers by purchasing Ukrainian products to form the kits.

Target Audience:

  • War veterans

  • Low-income families

  • Pensioners

  • Vulnerable groups affected by the war

Description of Food Kits:

The food kits will include basic non-perishable food items that meet the essential needs of people. The kits will consist of:

  • Grains (buckwheat, rice, millet, pasta)

  • Canned goods (meat, fish, vegetables)

  • Sunflower oil

  • Sugar

  • Tea or coffee

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Crackers or cookies

  • Other essential goods (e.g., spices or honey)

Project Implementation Stages:

  1. Needs Assessment: Analyze the number of people needing assistance and determine the optimal food kit composition.

  2. Supplier Selection: Collaborate with Ukrainian producers to purchase high-quality products at wholesale prices.

  3. Kit Assembly and Packaging: Determine the kit composition and packaging.

  4. Distribution and Delivery: Organize delivery through partner logistics companies or volunteers.

  5. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly evaluate the distribution's efficiency and report to partners and donors.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Provide essential food supplies to up to 10,000 (or more) vulnerable individuals.

  • Support Ukraine's economy through collaboration with local producers.

  • Create a transparent and effective humanitarian aid model.
